Ferraria Park Condominium
This living space is an embodiment of delicacy and classy beauty. The dull white shade accompanied with the natural lighting cascading through the house due to the openness of the area sets a wonderfully subtle tone and feel through and through. This perfectly complemented with similarly delicate and sophisticated furniture and decor including an equally white or subtly grey couch, a thick pure white rug, a floor-length painting of blackened branches, and a delicate center piece hanging from the ceiling above the table.
The Ferraria Park Condo carries on with its delicate and sophisticated theme featuring a dull bright background which is then used as a canvas for decor as intricate as the scheme itself. The compartments that surround the TV system are accented with a brighter white while the uncovered portions glow due to recessive lighting. The wall to the left of the shelves is decorated with a long painting of tree branches, adding length to the room.
One of the best parts about this style is the freedom and openness it grants to the residents of the house. The living room is directly connected to sliding doors that open up on a platform leading to a pool of water. The platform is surrounded by green trees, similar to what we saw in the painting beside the TV, and the exposure to the sun makes it an ideal place for sunbathing or just relaxing out on the chair with your feet up. The light of the sun is also filtering in and casting a lovely glow across the gray and white scheme of the room.
One of the best abilities of the white colour is that it makes the room or space look twice as big as it actually is. Where darker colours tend to make a place feel rich, thick, and crowded, whiter backgrounds give a light, bouncy feeling. That theme works very well with the dining area. A uniquely styled table an chair set is the feature of this frame- the table harbours unique glass legs shaped into irregular forms while the bulky white chairs that accompany it look pure and tidy. The glass chandelier hanging from the ceiling tops it off perfectly.
Moving on to the bedrooms, a richer and darker colour thematic is chosen to make the place look more homely than sanitary. In fact, while the rest of the walls and roof is white, one wall is draped in a chocolate brown hue to add an accent to the setting. The headboard is patterned and segmented, adding texture to an otherwise straight forward design. The window covers the entire width of the room and is a good source for natural light, a factor which warrants a counter to sit and read or simply relax under the sunlight by the window.
The doors in front of the bed slide open from the middle, pushed to the side, to reveal a proper entertainment system with a TV and other controls. The recessive placement of the TV allows it to be concealed when not in use and makes for isolated watching and an overall great experience. The tones in the inner compartment are those of a lighter grain of wood whereas the doors are dark brown and creamy, a contrast that can work for ages.
A concealed shelf set and TV entertainment system is not all that these magic doors are hiding; once you slide the doors completely to the right, you'll discover closet space! This groove in the wall runs deep and provides enough space for you to be able to store or hang your clothing in there. Two shelves on top of the hanging space give more storage options.
A work or study space may just be the most essential component of your house. According to the nature of the activities you plan to do in this room, it is important to keep the style professional an minimalistic, focusing on quality and utility rather than simply overcrowding the space. This arrangement shows a very effective way to organize a work desk. The L shaped desk gives freedom and movement space across two sides of the room. The smooth, reflective counter makes for an impressive desktop, while the shelf compartments make for effective storage opportunities.
The bathroom is equally as intricate as the rest of the house and rooms are. Following on the same colour scheme, the colours range between black and white featuring several shades of gray. The counters and the toilet are a bright white, ideal for a restroom as they give a sanitary and tidy look, whereas the floor is made of white marble, littered with splashed of grays. The shower is separated by sliding glass doors and is composed of tiny black square tiles. The lighting is regressive a is not exposed, reducing the harshness of the light and making the environment softer.
